How does ordering work?
Three simple steps: 1) Configure your windows online and submit an order request — no payment is due. 2) A window specialist calls you within 1–2 business days to confirm your measurements, options, availability, shipping and final price. 3) Once you approve the final quote and complete payment, your windows go into production and ship straight to your door.
Do I have to pay when I place my order?
No. Submitting an order request costs nothing and doesn’t commit you to anything. The prices shown online are preliminary estimates — no payment is collected until after a specialist has confirmed every detail with you and you’ve approved the final quote.
What if I measure something wrong?
This is exactly why we confirm every order by phone before production. A window specialist reviews your measurements and configuration with you, catches common mistakes, and answers any questions before anything is built. Nothing goes to the manufacturer until you’ve confirmed the details and approved the final quote.
How do I measure my windows?
If you’re unsure, choose Rough Opening when configuring your window and our specialist will walk you through verifying the measurements on your confirmation call. You don’t need to get it perfect on the first try — we double-check everything with you before production.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Most major credit cards and ACH bank transfer. 0% APR financing is also available on approved credit — your specialist can go over the options during your confirmation call.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat $299 shipping fee per order, regardless of how many windows you order. All orders ship from the United States directly to your door.
How long until my windows arrive?
Every window is made to order, so lead times vary by product and season. Your window specialist will give you the current production and delivery timeline when they confirm your order.
Are these genuine Milgard windows?
Yes. We sell genuine Milgard windows, manufactured in the United States and shipped factory-direct. No middlemen, no showroom markups.
Can I cancel my order?
Before you approve the final quote, absolutely — nothing has been charged and nothing has been built, so there’s nothing to cancel. Because every window is custom-built to your specifications, orders are non-refundable once you’ve approved the final quote, completed payment, and your order has been submitted for production.
What if my windows arrive damaged?
Inspect your windows on delivery and contact us right away if anything is wrong — we’ll work with the carrier and manufacturer to make it right.
