Orders are submitted online as an order request — no payment is collected at the time of submission, and displayed pricing is a preliminary estimate.

After you submit your request, a window specialist will call you within 1–2 business days to confirm measurements, options, availability, shipping and final pricing.

Once you approve the final quote, we will send a secure payment link. Your order is submitted for production only after payment is completed. We accept most major credit cards and ACH, and 0% APR financing is available on approved credit.

Orders are made-to-order and built based on your confirmed measurements.
- Prices can be updated at any time.
Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $299 per order, regardless of size.

All orders ship from the United States directly to your door.

Lead times vary based on order volume and final measurement confirmation.
Returns & Cancellations

Because products are custom-built to your specifications, orders are non-refundable once you approve the final quote, payment is completed, and your order is submitted for production.
